This is the sixth in a series of elegant sterling-silver season pass pendants, presented in a unique 1 3/8-inch “Open Gate” design, with “Giants 1924” appearing in the upper section of the gate on the front and “Open Gate” and “Chas A. Stoneham Pres.” on the bottom portion. The back is in Near-Mint condition; the back is in matching condition, with the pass owner’s name, “Mr. and Mrs. William Wedge” along with the serial number “530” at the top and “1923” and Lambert Bros. N.Y. Sterling” at the bottom. The piece is another important artifact that is as rare as it is coveted, its importance amplified by the fact that it marked the fourth consecutive year that the Giants had reached the World Series.
