This is the tenth in a series of elegant sterling-silver season pass pendants, representing the reinstatement of the unique program after a hiatus in 1928. Offered is the first of three pendants featuring the whimsical and playful designs of acclaimed illustrator Charles Dana Gibson. Offered is a hilarious and intricate 1 7/8-inch depiction of a fan “winking” at the gatekeeper as he displays his pass showing the year “1929.” The “Giants” in all caps appears at the bottom directly above “Chas A. Stoneham Pres.” The back is in matching Near-Mint condition as the front, and is engraved with the pass owner’s name, “LL Anuza ” along with the serial number “699” and “Lambert Bros. N.Y. Sterling” at the bottom. The piece is yet another important artifact that is as rare as it is coveted, enhanced by the wonderful Gibson artwork.
