Presented is an important uncut sheet from the most coveted baseball card issue of the Great Depression Era, the classic 1933 Goudey (V353 Canadian) Baseball set, showcased here in a 11 ¾-by-14-inch sheet. With Hall of Famers Jimmie Foxx, Al Simmons, Paul Waner, Tony Lazzeri, Heinie Manush, Frankie Frisch and Dazzy Vance headlining a lineup of two dozen cards, the sheet presents much better than its technical grade of Fair; there is tape residue along the left edge and instances of pinholes. That said, it’s a compelling artifact from a truly iconic baseball card issue.
