This is a massive grouping of Detroit Tigers pubs ranging from programs, scorecards and yearbooks to schedule cards and even a Who’s Who in Baseball, with some impressive duplication and a very nice overall condition range. Scorecards are typically about 6 ¼-by- 9 ½ inches. Here’s the breakdown: 1) 1934 Scorecard, 8 pgs., 10-8 win over Yankees, scored in pen with Ruth, Gehrig, Gehringer and Greenberg in the lineups – Excellent; 2) 1938 Scorecard, four innings scored in pencil – VG-Ex; 3) 1942 Scorecards (2), neatly scored in pencil; 4) 1943 Scorecard, unscored, with some official press stamping – VG-Ex; 5) 1945 Scorecards (3), one neatly scored in pencil, one in pen and one unscored – Excellent; 6) 1948 Scorecard, 20 pgs., light pencil scoring with DiMaggio – Ex; 7) 1949 Scorecards (3), scored in pencil – two Ex and one VG; 8) 1950 Scorecards (9) generally Good to Excellent, four scored in pencil and four unscored – ninth example has multiple newspaper clippings affixed inside, with rain check affixed as well; 9) Group of Schedule cards or Rosters, from 1941, 1948, 1949, 1952, - Ex to Ex-Mt; 10) 1946 Who’s Who in MLB, cover – Ex and inside pages (100) – Ex-Mt; 11) 1946 Baseball Digest, 64 pgs. – Ex; 12) 1950 Yankee Stadium Program, 24 pgs., scored in pencil – Ex-Plus; 13) 1951 All-Star Game Program, Briggs Stadium, scored in pencil – VG-Ex; 14) 1968 Tigers Scorebooks (2), 7-by-10 inches, 48 pgs., scored in pencil – Ex; 15) 1968 World Series Program, Tiger Stadium, 120 pgs., unscored – VG-Ex; and 16) 1969 Tigers Yearbook, 52 pgs., - Ex-Plus, with eight (8) autographs on inside photos – Dobson, Hiller, McAuliffe, McMahon, Patterson, Wert, Woods and Mrs. McLain.
