This is a fascinating assortment of the popular 1939 Aquatoned in the USA Movie Star cards, the fabled R96 issue of black-and-white photos showcasing the legendary Hollywood stars of the Depression Era. At 68 cards the array represents nearly a complete set of a checklist thought to be at around 75 cards. The 5-by-7-inch blank-backed cards feature elegant photography and cutline information of the name, current film and studio at the bottom. The offered group is broadly Good to Very Good, with perhaps a few above or below the range.
