For every pro athlete that throws a tantrum, lashes out at the media, behaves poorly and demands more money because it seems “just”, we simply say “Consider how Jackie Robinson would have handled the situation.” Chances are the answer is with dignity, grace and professionalism. This PSA 1 stands as a testament to a man who brought about the greatest social change of the 20th century and did so with a courage rarely seen. Salute the man and his memory with this outstanding cardboard classic celebrating Jackie Robinson’s first major card issue. The card is has all the eye appeal of a VG single with no creases, decent centering and uniformly rounded corners, but is missing paper on the back.
