This is a simply stunning presentation of the iconic 1952 Parkhurst Hockey complete set, with each and every card neatly entombed in PSA slabs that produce a blazing mostly Excellent to Near-Mint array. It ranks No. 13 on the PSA Set Registry and has an average grade of 5.86. There are only five cards out of the 105-card complete set with grades below Excellent, with most of those VG-Ex or better. It is extraordinarily rare to find this legendary offering of the 1 15/16-by-2 15/16-inch treasures in such uniform high grades, yielding a marvelous representation of this historic issue chronicling the great hockey stars of the original six-team league. It comes out to an amazing 29 percent PSA 7 or better, 49 percent PSA 6 or 6.5, and 18 percent PSA 5 or 5.5.
