Here’s the initial effort by Fleer producing cards of Hall of Famers and retired players, the colorful 1960 Baseball Greats set found here in a remarkable, virtually unimprovable Near-Mint to Near-Mint to Mint condition, with the emphasis to the upper end of the spectrum. The array boasts wonderful, vivid colors showcased by blazing, snow-white borders and clean, sharp backs, with even the Tier One Hall of Famers conforming to the wider condition range, making for a remarkably uniform and consistent presentation. It’s easily the finest 1960 Fleer Baseball Greats set we've ever offered, a six-decades-old beauty that would have simply been described as Mint as recently as 1990 or so.
