Here’s the second effort by Fleer producing cards of Hall of Famers and retired players, the colorful 1961 Baseball Greats set found here in a solid mostly Very Good to Ex-Mt condition, with the emphasis to the upper end of the spectrum and a handful of cards above and below the range. The array boasts wonderful colors and clean, sharp backs, providing an attractive, uniform presentation of an important early 1960s peripheral issue. Overall, it comes out to five percent Near-Mint, 34 percent Ex-Mt, 36 percent Excellent and 23 percent Very Good, with just a couple of cards below.
