This is a cool grouping of the legendary Hartland baseball figures, high-grade examples of the popular Anniversary statues issued in 1988 and a pair of the original figures from 1962 featuring Hall of Famers Yogi Berra and Ernie Banks. The Hartland Anniversary figures, produced in 1988, are virtually identical to the 15 original figures save only for a small copyright notation on the waist in the back. The 8 ½-inch figures (size varies for player) include a 1989 Nolan Ryan statue that was produced in 1989 and is offered here in its original box (MIB), with the box described as Very Good from some small tears. The rest of the lineup includes: 1) Original Hartland of Ernie Banks (With Bat) – presents Near-Mint with just the barest whisper of toning; 2) Original Hartland of Yogi Berra (With Mask) – presents Ex-Mt-Plus with some slight bleeding of the paint; 3) Anniversary Hartland of Banks (With Bat) – Near-Mint; 4) Anniversary Hartland of Yogi Berra (No Mask) – Near-Mint-Plus; 5) Roger Maris Anniversary Statue (With Bat) – presents Near-Mint-Plus with some small specks on the pants; and 6) Anniversary Hartland of Ted Williams (With Bat) – Near-Mint-Plus.
