Here we offer one of the best Green Bay Packers 1963 team-signed balls in existence. Fourty-five members of the 1963 team signed this near-perfect tan leather football as its canvas, the team, which includes nine members of Canton's Hall of Fame, and all the additional notables used between 9/10 and 10/10 bold black ball-point ink. This team had won back-to-back NFL Championships, but lost to the Bears twice this season, and also lost Paul Hornung, who was suspended indefinitely. Signatures include: Vince Lombardi, Phil Bengtson, Red Cochran, Bill Austin, Tom Fears, Norb Hecker, Bart Starr, Marv Fleming, Dave Robinson, Max McGee, Fuzzy Thurston, Henry Jordan, Boyd Dowler, Herb Adderley (clubhouse), Zeke Bratkowski, Forrest Gregg (clubhouse), Ray Nitschke, Tom Moore, Jim Taylor, Jerry Kramer, Willie Davis, Elijah Pitts, Jim Ringo (clubhouse), Willie Wood, Bob Jeter, Lionel Aldridge, Ron Kostelnik, Hank Gremminger, Jesse Whittenton, Bill Forester, Dan Currie, Dan Grimm, Frank Mestnik, Dave Hanner and more. All signatures on this spectacular piece of history have been authenticated by PSA/DNA with a full letter of authenticity. This one is sure to become the centerpiece of a serious Packers collection and is definitely in the upper tier of Lombardi-led Packers balls in the hobby.
