This OAL MacPhail baseball features a really unique mix of New York Yankees HOFers and stars, along with Hopalong Cassidy. In 1976, Steinbrenner hired Cassady as a conditioning coach for the Yankees so this becomes possibly the only baseball with Mickey Mantle and Cassidy on the same baseball. Other signatures include: Elston Howard, Billy Martin, Phil Rizzuto, Bob Lemon, Catfish Hunter, Yogi Berra, Mantle and Whitey Ford, who shares the North panel with Cassidy. Each player signed in blue ballpoint pen and signatures are authenticated by BAS with a full LOA.
