Future Hall of Famer David Ortiz wore this jersey on October 2, 2010 as the Red Sox fell to the arch-rival Yankees 6-5. Ortiz was 0-for-3 with two walks and scored a run. This jersey is a Majestic Size 50 Cool base shirt. There is the main tagging on the lower right side of the jersey, below the tagging is a name plate that says "34 50 '10". This jersey has been authenticated by MLB with hologram number LH818323 and it also comes with a Steiner hologram affixed on the jersey. The jersey also arrives with full letter of Photomatch from Resolution Photomatching stating it was used in the first game of a double header on Oct. 2, 2010. The conclusive photomatch was made based on loose and fraying threads on the custom stitched letters on the front of the jersey. Ortiz had two walks and a run scored in that game vs. the Yankees at Fenway.
