This unlined, trimmed down index card is signed in blue ballpoint pen by Earle "Greasy" Neale. Neale signed his full name and included five rows of career highlights under his signature. Neale played with Jim Thorpe with the Canton Bulldogs in 1917 and led the Eagles to two World Championships in 1948 and 1949. He also batted .357 as the starting right fielder for the Cincinnati Reds in the 1919 World Series. Neale was inducted into the NFL Hall of Fame in 1967 and died in 1973. The signature is authenticated by BAS and arrives in the company's slab.
