Grover Cleveland Signed Presidential Document (1896) (BAS)

This 19x22 postmaster appointment dates to March 13, 1896 and is signed by Grover Cleveland in black fountain pen. The appointment is for Sacramento, Calif. and is for Thomas Fox and has some discoloration, but includes the original seal in the bottom left without the ribbons. The signature of Cleveland is authenticated by BAS with a full LOA and the document is also signed by Frank Hatch Jones, who was the postmaster general.
