This pair of Franklin batting gloves were worn by HOFer Kirby Puckett circa 1990. The gloves have red nylon throughout the back, with Franklin on a leather patch and "Puckett" in block letters on the velcro strap. The gloves were given to our consignor by Puckett and match the image on his 1991 Bowman baseball card. The gloves show excellent use with significant discoloration (dirt, pine tar) on the palms and fingers. While this pair was used during the 1991 season, it's easy to find a photo match of Puckett wearing this exact model many times during the early 1990s.
