This Sept. 12, 1979 ticket stub was for a Red Sox vs. Yankees game that the Red Sox won 9-2 and Carl Yastrzemski joined the 3,000 Hit Club. Yastrzemski signed the ticket in blue felt tip pen and added "3000 Hit" under his signature. The ticket is authenticated by PSA, with the signature authenticated by PSA/DNA and graded a perfect "10." Yaz went 1-4 on the day and scored a run on a day where Jim Rice did the heavy lifting as the Red Sox roughed up Catfish Hunter.
