This 34.5", 33.2 oz.Rawlings MAC25 was used by Mark McGwire and is from the 2000 labeling period. The bat is uncracked and exhibits evidence of outstanding use. It has numerous ball marks and blue ink transfers visible on the left and back of the barrel, along with cleat marks on the right of the barrel and red bat rack streaks. The bat has a heavy coat of spray-on tar on the lower and upper handle and around the center brand. The model number, order number (313) and year (00) are stamped into the knob, along with "33 McGwire" written in black pen. McGwire signed the bat in black marker on the barrel and added "2000" under his signature, which is authenticated by BAS with a basic COA. The bat is graded by John Taube of PSA/DNA and awarded a perfect GU 10 grade. Taube noted that "the bat exhibits outstanding use and possesses identifiable player characteristics." McGwire his 32 home runs and had 73 RBI in his second-to-last season.
