This is an attractive gamer from veteran right winger Danny Grant, worn in his final season with the Los Angeles Kings in 1978-79, and displaying excellent game use from the three-time All-Star. The purple mesh shirt has gold elastic collar and elbow stripes and at the waist; the elegant embroidered Kings Crown logo appears on the front of the shirt intact but showing some wear from stick marks and paint transfers. Along with the Wm. Goodman & Sons Size 48 tagging on the inside front, with adjacent original garter-style fight strap in excellent condition. As noted the shirt shows significant game use, with stick marks, paint transfers and several team repairs. Grant’s No. 15 appears in white and gold tackle twill on the shoulders and back and his name appears on the back in the same fashion, with minimal fraying of the delicate stitching. In the 1978-79 campaign Grant logged 21 points on 10 goals and 11 assists; in his 13-year career he finished with 263 goals and 273 assists, and topped the 30-goal mark on three occasions.
