Three different Tim Crews signed RC cards are included in this lot, with each slabbed by BAS. Included are his 1988 Donruss No. 464; 1988 Fleer No. 511; and 1988 Score No. 641. During spring training for 1993 season, Crews was killed in a boating accident on Little Lake Nellie in Clermont, Florida. The accident also killed teammate and fellow pitcher Steve Olin. It was the first death of active major league players since Thurman Munson in 1979.
