Serious Michael Jordan collectors will want to pay attention to this one. There are a lot of desirable Jordan inserts from the past few decades, with some featuring game jersey swatches, some featuring autographs and some just incredibly rare and nearly impossible to find. The offered card is right up there with all of them. It’s from 2000 Upper Deck Legends and from the Legendary Jersey Autographs insert so it features a blue felt tip pen signature from Jordan, along with a red jersey swatch. That’s enough to make it special, but this one is numbered to just 23 and the specific card up for auction is numbered “23/23” which, of course, is Jordan’s jersey number. The card is numbered “MJ-AJ” on the back and reads, “Congratulations! You have received a Game-Used Jersey trading card personally autographed by Michael Jordan.” On the front of this card is an authentic piece of a Game-Used Jersey worn by Michael Jordan in an NBA game.” The card also arrives slabbed and authenticated by PSA/DNA.
