Presented is commemorative bat from the legendary Detroit Tiger Mickey Lolich, one of the greatest pitchers in club history and the 1968 World Series MVP. The 34-inch Adirondack bat is in virtually as-issued condition and features a 3-by-2 1/4-inch metal nameplate between the Adirondack and barrel labeling. The plaque notes “To Commemorate the 1972 All Star Game, Atlanta Stadium, July 25th, Atlanta, Georgia.” The bat has “Big Stick, Mickey Lolich, Flame Treated” on the barrel and the famous Adirondack blue stripe near the center labeling.
