This 3x5 index card is signed by Negro League HOFer Hilton Smith in blue ballpoint pen. Smith pitched with Satchel Paige for the Kansas City Monarchs and was elected to the Hall of Fame in 2001. The signature is inscribed, "Pitcher" and "K.C. Monarchs" in Smith's hand and the signature is slabbed and authenticated by BAS.
