Ray Allen’s collegiate career at the University of Connecticut, where he was a First Team All-American and Big East Player of the Year, made him the fifth overall pick in the 1996 NBA Draft. Immediately after being drafted by the Minnesota Timberwolves, Allen and Andrew Lang were traded to Milwaukee in exchange for Stephon Marbury. Allen spent his first six plus seasons with the Bucks where he averaged 19.6 points per game. Allen wore this home white Milwaukee Bucks Puma mesh jersey during the 1999-00 season where he averaged 22.1 points per game. “BUCKS” is sewn on across the chest in large green, silver and purple tackle twill. Allen’s “34” is sewn on below in the same color pattern. The Puma tag is sewn on the bottom front left tail with “99-00” and “46” flags. The NBA logo is embroidered on the upper left chest. The collar and open sleeves have a ribbed purple/green/purple striping pattern. The back of the jersey has “ALLEN” sewn on in green and silver tackle twill which is above his number “34” that is sewn on in green, silver and purple tackle twill. The jersey displays light to moderate game use with the 10x All-Star and HOFer signing the jersey on the front in black Sharpie and adding his "34", with the signature authenticated by BAS with sticker affixed to the Puma tag.
