This is a really nice array of Team cards from 1956 Topps Baseball, with several different variations included. This was the first time that Topps tried its hand at picturing team photographs and the resulting confusion about design decisions provided for three different treatments of the team name panel for the six Team cards featured in the initial 100 numbers. Five of those six different teams are included in this lot. The breakdown: No. 11 Cubs Team (Name Centered) – Very Good; No. 72 Phillies Team (Dated) – Excellent; No. 85 Indians Team (Name Left Justified) – VG-Ex; No. 90 Redlegs Team (Name Centered) – VG-Ex; No. 95 Braves Team (Dated) – VG-Ex; No. 134 Cardinals Team (Grey Back) – VG-Ex; and No. 166 Dodgers (White Back) – Good to VG.
