Here are five striking examples of the 1958 Bazooka-Blony “My Favorite Team” Felt Patches, the 5-inch in diameter treasures that were offered as mail-in redemptions in Topps Baseball cards. The five patches are in superb condition, broadly Ex-Mt to Near-Mint, with little or no cracking or chipping of the delicate screen printing on the felt pieces. A total of four different teams are represented out of the 16-patch issue, with two examples of the Milwaukee Braves patch and single examples from the New York Yankees, the Chicago White Sox and the Kansas City Athletics.
