Presented is a predominantly Hall of Famer group from the legendary 1933 Goudey Baseball issue, the mid-Depression Era card set that would reign as the most important of the decade. This is a group of eight Goudeys and one 1935 Diamond Star, with the main array studded with names like Cuyler, Collins, Hoyt, Klein and Combs. Here’s the breakdown: 1933 Goudey (8) – No. 23 Cuyler – presents Very Good but pencil notation on reverse, No. 42 Collins – VG, No. 58 O’Doul – presents VG-Ex but pencil notation on reverse, No. 60 Hoyt – VG, No. 102 Jackson – VG, No. 103 Combs – Good, No. 128 Klein – VG, No. 165 Sewell – Fair (back damage – paper loss) and 1935 Diamond Star No. 26 Martin – Ex-Mt.
