This 2 1/4"x4 3/4" cut features the rare signature of Earle "Greasy" Neale and arrives slabbed and authenticated by BAS. Neale was one of early two-sport athletes and was the starting right fielder for the Reds in the 1919 World Series, and also played football with Jim Thorpe in 1918 and 1919 before coaching college football and eventually the Philadelphia Eagles from 1941-1950. Neale is a member of the College and Pro Football Hall of Fame.
