This imposing 1933 Washington Senators World Series Press Pin boasts an unusual octagon design and elegant gold patina that sets off the crossed-bats design with a baseball at the center and “Press” above. The “World Series” wording goes across the top, with “Washington, D.C.” at the bottom and the year 1933 divided between the two bats. Dieges & Cust is engraved on the reverse, along with the maker’s mark; with threaded post and original clasp. This example reveals only light oxidation and wear that barely detracts from the presentation.
