Here is one of the truly unique and popular non-mainstream issues from the early 1970s, the Sunoco NFL Stamps that pictured 24 players from each of the 26 NFL Teams on 1 5/8-by-2 3/8-inch Stamps. This particular lot has an added attraction beyond the completion at 624 Stamps; most of the set is presented in sparkling, Near-Mint to Mint or better Stamps that are found on unperforated 24-Stamp sheets; the Team sets for the Bears and the Raiders are the only ones with individual Stamps. In addition to the high-grade complete set, there are an extra 85 single Stamps, including Hall of Famers Bart Starr and Cliff Branch within that group.
