Presented is an extraordinary lot of nearly 800 cards from the iconic 1961 Topps Baseball issue, an array that turns out to be 87 percent of a complete set, adding in nearly another 300 extras, including multiples of many HOFers, even of the High Series All-Stars of Mantle, Maris and Mays and regular-issue cards of Mays, Musial, Banks, Aaron, Snider and McCovey, to name a few. The near set boasts 508/589 cards and is broadly Very Good to Excellent, with some above and below the range, and a significant number of Ex-Mt examples. With the duplication considered, there are 31 of the difficult High Series All-Star subset cards, plus eight Checklists, including all seven different series (six of the eight are marked).
