This is an impressive road gamer from veteran infielder Sandy Alomar, who played for six teams in a standout 15-year career from 1964 to 1978 but saved his greatest efforts for two years from 1970-71 when he logged a remarkable nearly 1,500 plate appearances and stole 74 bases along the way. This handsome grey flannel has McAuliffe tagging at the tail, with adjacent flap tags of “71” in red and “40” in blue and embroidered red “Alomar” on a team tag below. Shirt has a team-executed number change on the back from No. 2 to 24 and the NOB has been removed from the one-year style flannel.
