Offered is a striking example of an attractive black-and-white photograph of the legendary Herb Score, the two-time All-Star and 1955 Rookie of the Year who saw his promising career likely derailed by a line drive off the bat of Gil McDougald in 1957. As a member of the Rawlings Advisory Board, Score was tabbed as one of several dozen major league stars enlisted by the famed equipment manufacturer to aid in promoting their products to the youth of America. The offered poster is in Excellent condition, at 30-by-40 inches and attached to a sheet of foam core.
