Here’s the complete set that helped relaunch the sports card presence in the National Basketball Association, the mid-1980s Star Co. issues helped bridge the gap from the departure of Topps the year before and the arrival of Fleer’s iconic offering three years later. This 1983-84 Star Co. set is easily Near-Mint to Mint or better, seemingly precisely as it was when it rolled off the presses almost 40 years ago. The set is missing a single card, No. 26 Larry Bird.
