In a memorabilia artifact largely championed by Steiner Sports, the Story Photo presented here depicts the New York Giants’ Gatorade shower of Coach Bill Parcells at the conclusion of Super Bowl XXI. The widely recognized color photograph is complemented by Carson’s lengthy account in cursive emblazoned in silver Sharpie above his signature, which also includes inscriptions about his 1976-88 tenure with the Giants, “Captain SB XXI” and his Hall of Fame year of induction in 2006. The stunning 16-by-20-inch photograph is matted and framed to 24 1/2-by-28 1/2-inch dimensions, highlighted by an elegant 2 ½-inch metal border frame. The piece is essentially as issued, in simply superb condition, and comes with Steiner hologram and Certificate of Authenticity.
