From the granddaddy of all baseball card issues comes this T206 White Border Addie Joss Pitching card, one of many important key cards from the legendary set, found here in a PSA 2 holder. It provides a nice presentation with the pastel yellow and green background that so effectively sets off the Joss Pitching image, adding a special significance to a card issued just prior to the Hall of Famer’s death from meningitis in 1911. One of two Joss varieties in the fabled issue, this example has decent centering with lightly rounded corners and the upper left slightly clipped; the Piedmont 350-460/25 back reveals some staining and toning.
