From the granddaddy of all baseball card issues comes this T206 White Border Clark Griffith Portrait, one of many key cards from the legendary set, found here in a PSA 3 holder, and effectively representing the legendary Hall of Fame pitcher, manager and club executive whose career spanned the 19th and 20th centuries. One of two Griffith variations in the fabled issue, this Portrait example has 80/20 centering right to left and decent corners, providing a nice presentation on the front from the vivid orange pastel background that dramatically sets off the portrait of Griffith; the Sweet Caporal 350/30 Back is similarly impressive, with just the barest whisper of toning.
