Presented is a key card of Hall of Famer Chief Bender and Rube Oldring in one of the unique early tobacco issues, the 1911 T201 Mecca Double Folders that feature attractive artwork of two players that fold over to allow them to share a pair of legs. The 2 3/16th-by-4 ¾-inch cards have a full-bleed image of the primary player on the front and a smaller image of the secondary player on the back that shares space with statistics for both and the Mecca Cigarettes script at the bottom. The offered card is found in a PSA 1.5 holder, presenting a bit better than its technical grade. The painting of Bender on the front is sharp, as is the smaller image of Oldring on the reverse, though the latter does sustain some staining; the back is jostled by some notable staining and light toning.
