The penultimate Bowman offering from the 1950’s is presented here in basically Very Good to Ex-Mt condition, roughly 1/3 in Ex-Mt, 1/3 Excellent and the final 1/3 below that. The set has a nice consistency and gloss and good color density for the pastel issue. Four of the keys are third-party slabbed and graded as follows: No. 65 Mantle – PSA 1, 89 Mays – PSA 4, 161 Berra – PSA 4, and 170 Snider – PSA 4.
