This unique wire 6x8 wire photo pictures Babe Ruth getting his eyebrows done and is from Nov. 18, 1936. The photo still has the original caption affixed to the back, which is entitled, "The Babe Makes Up." The rest of the caption reads, "Babe Ruth, former fusileer for the Ruppert Rifles better known for his bombastics thank his dramatic is shown on the New York set of teh Warner Bros. as he is made up for the picture his is making, Home Run on the News. The first scenes were shot Nov. 10th. The top edge has a couple half-inch tears, while the bottom has a rippled effect, which could be water damage or where the caption was re-attached.
