This lined 3x5 index card features a really nice blue ballpoint pen signature from Jimmy Conzelman. The signature is authenticated and graded a PSA/DNA 9 (Mint) and arrives in the company's slab. Conzelman was a player coach for the 1928 NFL Champion Providence Steam Rollers and the head coach of the Chicago Cardinals, leading the team to its last NFL Championship in 1947. He was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 1964 and died in 1970.
