This Oct. 8, 1983 First Day Cover is signed by Ferdinand Porsche in black ballpoint pen. The Austrian-German automotive engineer is known for creating the first hybrid vehicle, the Volkswagon Beatle, Mercedes Benz, as well as many of the first Porsche cars. The signature is authenticated by PSA/DNA and arrives slabbed "Authentic."
