This Carl Yastrzemski signed plaque features a neat metal copy of a wire photo picturing Yaz in a Little League team photo while playing for the "N.T. Topping Post 580" team. It also includes a Cooperstown Cards single of Yaz (photo from the above team photo is used) and a nameplate signed by Yastrzemski in black felt tip pen. The signature is pre-certified by PSA/DNA.
