The legendary slugger Juan Gonzalez is represented here in a handsome shadowbox arrangement that features a game-used Franklin batting glove with his No. 19 penned on the wrist, a signed Donruss Studio 97 oversize card and a signed Official Major League Photo Ball. Gonzalez, the two-time American League MVP in 1996 and 1998, signed both items in blue Sharpie; all three elements are attractively displayed in a massive 23-by-21-inch shadow box than includes elegant matting in Rangers blue and red and adds a metal nameplate at the bottom with his name, “Texas Rangers All-Star Outfielder” and “American League MVP – 1996 & 1998.” All elements are in essentially as-issued and problem-free condition; the top wood edge of the shadow box does reveal a scratch of roughly three inches in length.
