This Tampa Bay Devil Rays jersey was worn by Toby Hall. It features a plain button-up front with a "TB" and devil ray logo up on the left chest area, with "Hall and "44" on the back in white. The jersey shows great use, which has made the Majestic tag on the lower left tail completely unreadable, along with the tag on the inside. There is also a "46" tag sewn into the outside left seam. Hall has signed the jersey on the back numeral in black felt tip pen, with the signature pre-certified by PSA/DNA.
