There are few more desirable items in the hobby than a Mel Ott single-signed baseball. This one has all the attributes, with a bold signature from Ott on the side panel in blue ink on this Official National League Ford Frick baseball. The signature is authenticated with a full LOA from PSA/DNA. According to PSA/DNA's letter of authenticity, the company notes that "this baseball has been professionally restored. Other signatures have been intentionally painted over in order to give the appearance of a single-signed baseball." That being said, this one gives you a chance for a wonderfully signed Ott ball with a signature easily rating "7-8" for a more affordable price than a true single-signed ball would cost.
