Offered is a remarkable high-grade 1955 Topps Baseball set boasting a stunning primarily Near-Mint to Near-Mint to Mint presentation with blazing colors and gloss. With almost four dozen cards slabbed and graded by PSA and SGC, the stunning overall grade is precisely reflected, an amazing 33 percent coming in at Near-Mint to Mint and fully 81 percent at Near-Mint or better, with only about three dozen cards falling below the range, mostly to Ex-Mt. In an accumulation that clearly focused on sharp corners, vivid colors and gloss, centering sometimes took a back seat, with perhaps seven or eight dozen cards with the kind of centering that might typically prompt thoughts of upgrading, though not all of those would be severe enough to dictate a formal off-center designation.
