Former Yankees catcher Thurman Munson was well on his way to a Hall of Fame career before ultimately dying in an untimely plane crash in 1979, which makes his signed items more sought-after and tougher to find. This baseball has been signed by Munson on a side panel. The baseball was signed with a blue fiber tip-marker but turned purple over time. The baseball comes with a full LOA from JSA.
