The all-original and as-issued vest is in fine condition, with some fabric loss and fraying to the piping on the collar. It boasts the appropriate red-white-and-blue Spalding label on the front tail, with adjacent flag tag with “42” embroidered in red and “Sisk” embroidered in black beneath directly to the shirt.
