The legendary Yankee is pictured in iconic artwork from another legendary figure from a different arena, the great Saturday Evening Post illustrator Earl Mayan. Berra’s instantly recognizable image wound up on the cover of the April 20, 1957 issue of the fabled magazine; the artwork is elegantly expanded to 30-by-40-inch dimensions, presenting in essentially Ex-Mt condition and barely jostled by some slight paper loss and a couple of small tears at edges or corners. The poster, protected by a cardboard sheet, is remarkable in no small part because of the absence of folds; a copy of the April 20, 1957 Saturday Evening Post – 10 ½-by-13 ½ inches, Excellent-Plus - is included in a plastic holder affixed to the back of the cardboard.
